Spicy Beer Crawfish

1. Bought some crayfish.

2. Boil it with boiling water and remove it for easy scrubbing with a brush. Brush clean.

3. Pull out the crayfish tails, cut off two big claws, rinse them and set aside. (I will grab the shrimp head directly, don’t πŸ˜…)

4. Ginger garlic, Chinese pepper and sesame pepper, devil pepper and fragrant pepper, 2 star anise, appropriate amount of bay leaves.

5. Heat an appropriate amount of corn oil in the pot.

6. Pour the seasonings and stir fry for a few times to create a fragrant flavor. Don't fry the peppers.

7. Pour a can of beer.

8. Pour in some salt, light soy sauce, sugar, add a little dark soy sauce and bring to a boil.

9. Add crayfish tails and claws and stir fry.

10. Stir-fry for about 5 or 6 minutes.

11. Pour in an appropriate amount of homemade chili oil.

12. Stir thoroughly, turn off the heat and serve.

13. Finished product.

Tips:

The pepper increases or decreases according to your preference. The fried crayfish will be more delicious when submerged in the juice for an hour or two.
