Spicy Braised Chicken Feet

1. Prepare the spices and cut off your nails.

8. Add salt.

Tips:

1. The pepper here must be flavored with Sichuan peppercorns. The ordinary peppercorns taste not as good as the peppercorns.
2. The chicken feet should be soaked in the brine more, the longer it is, the more delicious it will be.
3. The brine should be slightly salty, but not too salty, or the brine will be too salty after soaking for a long time.
