Spicy Braised Fish Roe with Millet
                            
                                1.
                                Wash the roe and drain the water

                                Chop the spicy millet, mince the green onion and ginger

                                Heat oil, add green onion and ginger to fry until fragrant

                                Add fish roe

                                Boom the fire, cook with cooking wine and balsamic vinegar

                                Add some soy sauce

                                Add water to a boil

                                Add millet spicy

                                Season with salt and sugar, and cook for 5 minutes

                                Turn it over and cook for another 2 minutes, turn off the heat after the sauce has been collected

                                Put it out of the pot and serve on the plate, ready to taste
                                    
                            
                            
                                Tips: 
                                1. Millet is hot and spicy, so it should not be added too much.
 2. More onion, ginger, cooking wine, and vinegar can be added to facilitate the removal of fishy and freshness.
