Today’s meal ticket is not at home, haha, let’s have a spicy one by myself to relieve my greed. Usually he always says you just make it if you eat it. Don’t stop eating because I don’t eat it. I can’t tell. There is a dish for two people. You don’t eat a dish and feel uncomfortable. Anyway, I don’t like spicy food. I still fall in love with fire, so I don’t need to eat it, but occasionally I don’t have appetite and think of eating some spicy special flavor. Today, I have Korean-style spicy cabbage purchased online from Dandong, so I really want to try using it for fried rice. Those who watch Korean TV dramas eat it as fragrant. Although my stir-fry doesn't look red, it's quite spicy. I drink the water straight after eating. I am not good with spicy food, but it tastes really good and delicious.

Ingredients

Spicy Cabbage Fried Rice

1. Finely chop shallots, diced pork, diced spicy cabbage

2. Heat up the wok, add oil, and sauté the shallots when the oil is hot

3. Add leftover rice

4. Then use a mashed potato spatula to press the rice into small grains and serve them out for later use

5. Continue to add oil in the original pot to stir-fry the pork and change its color

6. Add the kimchi cubes and stir fry

7. Then pour in the fried rice

8. Just stir evenly

Tips:

Because the kimchi has a salty taste, I don't add salt anymore.
