Spicy Cabbage Fried Rice

Finely chop shallots, diced pork, diced spicy cabbage

Heat up the wok, add oil, and sauté the shallots when the oil is hot

Add leftover rice

Then use a mashed potato spatula to press the rice into small grains and serve them out for later use

Tips:
Because the kimchi has a salty taste, I don't add salt anymore.
