I went shopping in the supermarket and saw that the spicy cabbage and the vetch are put together. I suddenly wanted to combine them together. It must be delicious! Sure enough, I ate an extra bowl of rice, hahaha! "

Ingredients

Spicy Cabbage Stir-fried Vetch

1. The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

2. Put the vetch skin into the pot and cook for 2 minutes, then remove the slices.

3. Cut the pork belly into strips and cut the shallots into small pieces.

4. Pour the oil in a hot pan and bring it to 80% hot.

5. Add pork belly and stir fry for 1 minute.

6. Add the spicy cabbage and stir fry for 1 minute.

7. Add the vetch skin and stir fry for 2 minutes.

8. Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir fry for 1 minute.

9. Add the shallots and stir evenly to get out of the pan.

10. Super meal!

11. Hot and sour!
