Spicy Cauliflower

Prepare materials. The cauliflower is broken into small flowers, soaked in starch and salt water for 10 minutes, and then rinsed off. Cut small red peppers into circles, and chop the chives into chopped green onions.

Boil water in the pot, add two drops of oil and a little salt. Add the cauliflower, blanch it for 2-3 minutes, remove it, and over cool or ice water. (Cauliflower keeps the taste crisp and crisp, this step is very important), control the moisture content.

Put the cauliflower in a pot, add small red hot peppers, shredded carrots, and shredded cucumbers.

Pour in all the spices and mix well. Put the garlic paste on it.

Skim the peppercorns and pour the oil on the cauliflower while it is hot.
Tips:
1. Blanch the cauliflower until it is broken. Put it in cold water or ice water to keep the crispy texture.
2. You can also add your favorite side dishes, such as coriander and shredded pepper.
