Spicy Chicken

Cut the green onion and dice the ginger. Not necessarily, as you like.

Clean the green pepper and cut it.

Wash the chicken and drain the water.

Add soybean oil, green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Pour in chicken, fry on high heat until golden brown, add salt, thirteen fragrant, dark soy sauce.
