Spicy Chicken---home Edition

Wash a piece of fresh chicken breast

Cut into diced meat of the same size

Marinate the diced chicken with appropriate amount of salt and 1 spoon of cooking wine for 15 minutes to taste

Cut dried chili into small sections with scissors, prepare appropriate amount of ginger, garlic, green onion, and Chinese pepper
