Spicy Chicken Shreds

Wash the chicken breasts and set aside.

Put the chicken breast in cold water, add ginger and cooking wine and cook for about 15 minutes until cooked.

Remove and let cool after cooking.

Pat the chicken breast a few times with the back of a knife and tear it into thin chicken shreds along the texture of the meat.

Tips:
1. The chicken breast should be boiled in a pot under cold water.
2. Lightly tapping the chicken breast on the back of the knife can make the meat softer and have a better taste.
3. The chicken shreds should be torn as thinly as possible to better taste.
4. Add the broth of boiled chicken breast to the sauce and mix well to make it more delicious.
