Spicy Chicken Shreds

Put the chicken breast in a pot of boiling water, put a spoonful of cooking wine and cook for 15 minutes, remove it and let it soak in cold water.

Tear the chicken breast into filaments by hand.

Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of chili oil, 1 tablespoon of pepper powder, 2 grams of salt to the bowl and stir well.

Put the seasoned sauce on top of the torn chicken shreds and then put coriander on it.

You can sprinkle some white sesame seeds
