Spicy Chicken Thigh

Add salt and ginger slices in the water, put the washed chicken drumsticks in, and boil it for about 15 minutes.

Wash coriander and chives and chop finely. Chop garlic and minced garlic.

Peel the cooked chicken legs and tear them into small pieces.

Add light soy sauce and sesame oil and mix well.
5.
Sprinkle pepper powder and chili powder on the chicken thighs first.
6.
Spread with minced garlic, coriander and chives.
7.
Heat the oil in the pot and add the pepper and chili powder until fragrant.
8.
Pour hot oil on the chicken thighs.
Tips:
When burning the oil, you can choose to put or leave the pepper and chili powder according to your personal taste. If you prefer spicy flavors, I still recommend adding a bit!
