Spicy Cold Fungus

The fresh fungus is a strain I bought myself, and it has grown a lot. Just picked a third. If it is dried fungus. Soak in advance.

Add water to the pot and boil the fungus for two minutes until cooked. Pour out and drain the water. Put it into a deep bowl. Mix in light soy sauce, vinegar, chicken essence, sesame oil, a little salt, mix well and set aside.

Boil the water in the pot and add peanut oil. My peanut oil is squeezed from my peanuts. There is no peanut oil, other oils will do, after the oil is heated up. Turn off the heat. Add a little dried chili and Chinese pepper. After frying the incense, remove it and use it. Oil remains in the pot.
