Spicy Crispy Chicken Wings

Prepare the ingredients required above.

Wash the chicken wings and remove the bones. Cut the chicken wings in half, grind the white pepper, add salt and cooking wine, mix well, add egg white and water starch and marinate for 20 minutes.

Boil the oil in the pot for 60% heat, add the chicken wings, and fry the golden brown to remove.
