Spicy Crispy Potatoes

Wash and peel potatoes

Cut the potatoes into thin pieces with a hob

Mince green onion, ginger and garlic, and dice millet pepper

Put the potato pieces into a 60% hot oil pan and fry them over a medium-to-low fire

Remove the potatoes when they are deep-fried and golden brown

Sit in a pot, add oil, heat the oil to a low heat, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant. Then add cumin powder, Chinese pepper powder, spicy noodles and salt and stir-fry well

Pour in the fried potatoes, add the steamed fish soy sauce and turn to medium-low heat, stir fry for a good taste

Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chives and millet pepper

Tips:
1. The hob block is thinner for maturation
2. The spicy noodles with cumin powder and pepper powder must be turned on a low heat (or turn off the heat and sauté with remaining temperature) to avoid frying
