Spicy Crucian Carp

Two fresh crucian carp to remove fishy and wash clean. Add salt and white pepper powder and white pepper powder and marinate for ten minutes.

Rub the pan with ginger once. Put the oil in at 50% of the oil temperature and turn on high heat to put the oil in to fry.

After the fish is basically set, turn the heat to a low heat and fry slowly

Fry it and turn it over. Use a spoon to continuously pour the hot oil from the pot on the fish to heat it evenly.

Also take a pot and put some oil. Put Pixian bean paste and stir fry.

Add green onion, ginger and garlic. Stir-fry the green and red peppers and onions evenly.

Finally, top with soy sauce and turn off the heat.

All the side dishes are drizzled on the fish with the soup. Finally, sprinkle with barbecue powder and white sesame seeds and enjoy it.
Tips:
Simple is delicious. Pixian Doubanjiang is rich in seasonings, so this is the main ingredient of this dish.
