Spicy Cumin Pork Ribs

Prepare the materials, clean the ribs, soak in cold water for 2 hours and change the water several times.

Put cold water in a pot to blanch the ribs.

Wrap bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon, and dried chili into a seasoning packet and put it in a pressure cooker. Put the boiled pork ribs into the onion, ginger, light soy sauce and boil the pork ribs.
