Spicy Cuttlefish

Ingredients: cuttlefish (soaked soft), pepper, dried chili (cut open), green onion

Wash the soft cuttlefish.

Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat, add the pepper and the cut dried chili to the pot.

Next, add the cut cuttlefish and stir fry with 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Then, add 1.5 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.
8.
Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.
9.
Season and stir well.
10.
Finally, put the scallions in, and serve.
Tips:
For heavier flavors, add more pepper and dried chilies.
