Ingredients:
1 large piece of Dongpo meat, several green and red peppers,
seasoning:
Salt, blended oil, light soy sauce, monosodium glutamate,
process:
1. Dongpo meat slices,
2. Cut double peppers into circles.
3. Pour the blended oil into the pot and heat it up, add the cut double peppers and stir fry.
4. Add salt and fry until the peppers are half cooked.
5. Pour in the cut meat and stir fry evenly,
6. Stir in the light soy sauce and sugar.
7. Add MSG and serve. Sugar is added without MSG. "

1. Prepare 1 large piece of Dongpo meat

2. Dongpo Pork Slices

3. Double pepper cut into circles.

4. Pour the blended oil into the pan and heat it up, add the cut double peppers and stir fry

6. Pour in the sliced meat and stir fry evenly

7. Stir in the light soy sauce and sugar.

8. Serve with MSG. Sugar is added without MSG.
