Spicy Duck Blood

Ingredients: Duck blood, minced ginger, minced garlic, chopped green onion, and fresh chili. Seasoning: salt, vinegar, chili oil, pepper powder, and soy sauce.

Wash the duck blood and cut into cubes.

Put it in a boiling water pot and blanch it for a while, remove it after it's cooked through, drain it, and put it in a bowl for later use.

Put salt, vinegar, minced ginger, minced garlic, green onion, chili oil, soy sauce, and pepper into a bowl to make a spicy sauce.

When eating, pour the sauce into the duck blood, mix well, put it on a plate, and sprinkle with chopped green onion and fresh chili.
