Spicy Edamame Crucian

Remove the gills, scales, and belly of the crucian carp, wash and drain

Wash the edamame
3.
Heat the oil in the pot, put down the crucian carp

Fried on both sides

Put ginger, garlic and chili sauce
6.
Add appropriate amount of water, add sugar, cooking wine, dark soy sauce

Add edamame and boil for 8 minutes

Tips:
1. Don't collect the soup too dry, this bibimbap with fish sauce is good.
2. If you like spicy, you can add more chili.
