Spicy Fish Soup

Put the head and tail of the fresh seabass into a bowl after cleaning

Cut millet pepper into small cubes, shred ginger, slice garlic, and cut green onion into small pieces

Put an appropriate amount of blended oil in the pot, and fry the pepper in the pot after the oil is hot to get a fragrant flavor

Tips:
1. The sea bass should be fresh and not smelly, which is an important factor for the delicious soup;
2. Both millet pepper and black pepper are spicy, so adjust the dosage according to your own taste;
3. Put plenty of water at once and more soup.
