Spicy Fried Chicken Drumsticks

Wash the drumsticks and pierce some small holes with a fork to facilitate the taste.

Only use the lower part of the chicken drumstick, and the upper part can be marinated and fried to make a burger.

Stir 1 spoon of garlic, 1 spoon of onion, 1 spoon of chili powder, half a spoon of salt, half a spoon of pepper, and a little cooking wine to make a marinade. Put the chicken legs in a bag and massage to taste.
