Spicy Fried Clams

Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the pot, add the garlic slices, ginger slices and dried red peppers when the oil is hot, and sauté.

Put in the washed clams in advance and stir-fry them over high heat.

Add soy sauce and salt, stir fry evenly, fry until the clams open, then add the small shallots that have been chopped in advance.

Add appropriate amount of MSG, stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.

Serve the fried clams on a plate.
