At the earliest time, I was not very interested in this kind of shelled seafood. I always felt that it took a long time and I didn’t eat much meat, but it gradually developed to the point where I would think about it if I didn’t eat it for a while, didn’t it? I really agree with the sentence, the more difficult it is to eat, the more I want to eat, the more ridiculous and more addictive spicy fried crab, well, anyway, I cook by myself, and I will not treat our mouths badly. . The most common way to eat crabs in my house is steamed, but if you eat too much, you will find it boring, so I switched to fried, and then I tried several ways to eat it, and I found that it’s more fresh after changing it. Today Let's get fried first.

Spicy Fried Crab

1. Wash the crabs for later use, cut other ingredients for later use

2. Remove the rope of the washed crab and cut it in half

3. Sliced crab noodles with flour

4. Put oil in the pan and fry the crab with the cut side facing down

5. Fry the whole crab

6. Push the crab to both sides

7. Add ginger garlic, pepper, dried chili and chives

8. Pour the cooking wine

9. Add oyster sauce and put in an appropriate amount of water

10. Add salt and pepper to a boil

11. Stew until the soup is dry, add the chives

Tips:

1. The sliced crab noodles are not easy to loose when they are fried in a pan
2. Adding water and simmering for a while will make the crabs more delicious
