Spicy Fried Crab
1.
Wash the crabs for later use, cut other ingredients for later use

Remove the rope of the washed crab and cut it in half
3.
Sliced crab noodles with flour

Put oil in the pan and fry the crab with the cut side facing down

Fry the whole crab

Push the crab to both sides
7.
Add ginger garlic, pepper, dried chili and chives

Pour the cooking wine
9.
Add oyster sauce and put in an appropriate amount of water

Add salt and pepper to a boil

Tips:
1. The sliced crab noodles are not easy to loose when they are fried in a pan
2. Adding water and simmering for a while will make the crabs more delicious
