I like to eat spicy food on the old fair days. When cooking dishes, I will put peppers. It is too spicy for my son and I, so I can only add peppers appropriately. This dish contains peppers that are more spicy. My husband said it is delicious.

Spicy Fried Lentils

1. Pick and wash lentils, cut into silk.

2. Cut the pork into shreds and cut the peppers for later use.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add shredded pork and stir fry.

4. Add the chili and stir fry a few times.

5. Add shredded kidney beans and stir fry for a while.

6. Add soy sauce and stir fry a few times.

7. Add oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly. Pour a little water along the side of the pan during the frying process and continue to stir-fry.

8. After sautéing, add salt and mix thoroughly and take it out of the pan.

Tips:

Open the pan and fry, do not cover, pour a little water along the side of the pan during the frying process and continue to fry until cooked.
