Spicy Fried Squid Mustard.

Remove the eyes and teeth of the squid head, then wash and cut into sections.

Boil the water in the pot, and remove it when it changes color and bends.

Cut the onion, garlic, and dried chili separately.

Heat oil in a pot, add onion, garlic, and chili until fragrant.
