Spicy Fried Tofu

Heat up a non-stick wok, add a proper amount of oil, cut the tofu into small pieces and fry in the pan

Turn it over when you see one side is slightly yellow, and fry the noodles until golden brown

Bring the tofu to the side of the pot, put the chili sauce on the other side and stir-fry to get the red oil. Put as much chili sauce as you can

Add the minced meat and stir fry until the color changes

Take a bowl of water, add a teaspoon of cornstarch and appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt, and MSG, stir evenly, pour it into the pot, cover the pot and simmer until the soup thickens.

Don’t simmer too dry if you like the soup
