Spicy Grilled Chicken Shreds

After turning off the heat, do not remove it. Soak it for a while, if it is not too hot Remove and wash, and wipe dry with kitchen paper.

When marinating chicken shreds, preheat the oven. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. You don't need to set the preheating time yourself. As long as the temperature is selected for preheating, the preheating time will have an alert sound.

Tips:
1. The temperature and firepower of each oven is different, please choose the temperature and time according to your own oven.
2. My oven is a Midea S5-L300 steaming oven, which can be steamed or roasted. The capacity of 30 liters is just the amount of two chicken breasts. If you make a lot of it, you have to bake it in batches.
