Spicy Grilled Chicken Shreds

Put water in the pot, cook the chicken breast with ginger slices for 15 minutes, cook the chicken and let it cool, tear it into filaments, the thinner the better.

Make a sauce: 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, stir well. Pour into shredded chicken and mix well.
