Spicy Grilled Chicken Wings

There are 9 middle chicken wings, the chicken wings are changed to knife on both sides, the inner side is evenly cut 3 knives, and the outer side is evenly cut 4 knives.

Add 1g of pepper, 3g of salt, 3g of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to marinate.
