Spicy Grilled Fish

Wash and cut the crucian carp, marinate for more than 15 minutes with salt, wine, light soy sauce, green onion and ginger

Tips:
1. When the side dishes are cooked with more water, pour the cooked juice on the fish together. The side dishes should be covered on the fish like a quilt to keep the water in the fish. Mix the side dishes on the fish immediately after baking. Into the soup on the plate
