Spicy Grilled Tofu

Cut the tofu into larger rectangles. Add an appropriate amount of salt to the water, put the tofu in boiling water and blanch it for 20 seconds.

Put it into ice water to cool down immediately after removing it.

Drain the tofu, place it in a baking dish, and drizzle more oil on the surface.

Put it in the oven and bake at 230 degrees for 20 minutes.

When the time is up, take out the tofu and turn them over one by one.

Sprinkle cumin and chili powder on the surface, drizzle some salad oil, return to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Tips:
1. Be sure to choose delicious tofu, not tofu with internal fat.
2. Don't bake the tofu for too long, otherwise the taste will become dry and you will not be able to bite. Part of my plate is too dry and a little bit hardened.
