Spicy Hoof Stew with Soybeans

1. Chop the trotter into pieces, soak in water for 2 hours, soak in bleeding water.

2. Blanch the soaked pig's feet in water,

3. Put the blanched pig's feet in cold water to wash away the blood. Drain the water.

4. Prepared, hemp chili, and green onion, sliced ginger

5. Put oil in the pan, add the drained pig's feet and stir fry until slightly yellow.

6. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the sesame pepper and chili and stir fry for a nice flavor.

7. Add a spoonful of pickled peppers and green onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon and continue to stir fry.

8. Add the stir-fried pig's knuckles and stir-fry evenly.

9. Add soy sauce, rock sugar, cooking wine and stir fry for a while.

10. Pour into a soup pot and add boiling water to soak the trotters. Bring to a boil and simmer for an hour on low heat.

11. Add salt and soaked soybeans and simmer for 30 minutes.

12. Pour it back into the wok and drain the soup.
