Spicy Hot Pot

Prepare the ingredients, the number of ingredients is shown in the figure, but the number of ingredients is not so much.

Wash the vegetables and change the knife. Soak potato chips in water to prevent oxidation. Wash enoki mushrooms after tearing off small pieces. Put together ingredients that are in the same order of maturity. Prepare the onion and ginger slices needed for the frying pan and the coriander froth before being out of the pan.

Saute the chives, ginger, garlic in oil.

Out of the pot, add coriander froth and sesame seeds.
