The name of ice grass is not unfamiliar, because the leaves and stems have water droplets like ice beads, hence the name "ice grass". The first time I ate it was when I was ordering food outside, and then I slowly discovered You can buy it in ordinary vegetable markets and supermarkets. The crispy taste and the appearance of ice drops, with a few simple seasonings, are indeed a rare quick salad in summer.

Spicy Ice Grass

1. Fresh ice grass is washed and soaked and drained.

2. Prepare a little minced garlic and spicy millet.

3. Add a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of cold boiled water to the chopped garlic and mix thoroughly.

4. Then pour in the vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and chili oil, and mix well.

5. Finally, pour the sauce on the ice grass.

Tips:

1. Wash the ice grass and drain the raw water.
2. Finely chop the minced garlic as much as possible.
3. Add a teaspoon of cold boiled water and salt to make the minced garlic not spicy.
4. After being mixed, it can be stored in the refrigerator for a better taste.
