Ingredients

Spicy Jelly

1. Take 100 grams of pea flour, add 100 grams of cold water, and stir into water starch.

2. Add 600 grams of water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Turn to low heat. Pour in the stirred pea starch. Stir quickly. When the pea flour becomes transparent, turn off the heat and let it cool. Put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

5. Shred the cucumber and put it on the jelly, then put coriander, green onion, and deep-fried peanuts.

6. Pour in the mixed sauce at the end.

Tips:

1. According to this method, 100 grams of pea flour can be eaten by 2-3 people.
2. Old vinegar, spicy pepper and light soy sauce increase or decrease according to personal taste and the amount of jelly.
3. The amount of deep-fried peanuts is not much, so you can save a lot of trouble by directly buying alcoholic peanuts instead.
4. If you want to save trouble, you can add other sauces you like directly.
