Spicy Kelp

Ingredients: dried kelp (soaked, washed and cut open), Pixian bean paste, garlic (smashed)

Lower the kelp into a pot of clean water, blanch it, and remove it.

Heat the oil in the saucepan, add garlic, add some Pixian bean paste and stir fry.

Next, add the blanched kelp and stir fry.
5.
Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.
6.
Add the right amount of MSG.
7.
Stir-fry well and serve.
