Spicy Kelp Shreds

Wash the kelp with clean water.

Steam in a steamer for 20 minutes.

The steamed kelp is soaked in clean water for 1 hour, and then boiled in boiling water for 10 minutes.

Shred the cooked kelp.

Peel and smash the garlic, then chop into puree.

Wash and chop millet peppers.

Take a small bowl, put the minced garlic and millet pepper into the bowl, drizzle with hot oil.

Add salt, light soy sauce, sugar, white vinegar, sesame oil, and shallots to the garlic and mix well.
