Spicy Kidney with Cumin Sauce

1. Prepare ingredients

3. Remove all the white parts, otherwise there will be fishy smell

4. Beat wheat ears on the smooth side of the pork loin

5. Cut all ingredients into pieces for later use

6. These are the main seasonings of this dish

7. Adjust the sauce: one tablespoon each of Korean hot sauce, soybean paste, and Laoganma hot sauce, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of chicken essence, appropriate amount of salt according to your taste (I did not add salt), appropriate amount of cumin powder and chili powder, use Dilute the cooking wine, you can also add a little water

8. Put a spoonful of salt, cooking wine, and ginger slices in the water to boil, add the cut pork loin and blanch it for half a minute, then remove it quickly

9. Rinse several times in cold water immediately after removing it (this will keep the crispy texture of the pork loin)

10. Drain the water and set aside

11. Heat the ginger foam and some onions in a pot and cook until fragrant

12. Add the sauce and stir fry evenly (medium and low heat), if it feels dry, you can add some cooking wine or water

13. Increase the firepower, add pork loin, stir fry for a while, add cumin grains

14. Add the three-color peppers and stir fry, and finally add the remaining onions before they are out of the pan, stir fry for a while, and finally sprinkle some white ripe sesame

15. Alright, this spicy kidney with cumin sauce is ready

16. A very good dish to go with rice and wine
