Spicy Konjac

Clean the konjac and cut into large pieces. After the water is boiled, let it boil for 2 minutes and remove.

After controlling dry water, cut into small pieces.

Pour a little oil in the pot, add the hot pot base and garlic granules.

Stir-fry the hot pot base ingredients over low heat and add Hangjiao.
5.
Add konjac and stir fry.
6.
Pour the light soy sauce.
7.
Add salt and chicken bouillon.
Tips:
1. Cut large pieces before entering the pot for convenience when fishing, and then cut small pieces for flavor.
2. Konjac does not absorb oil and does not need to pour too much oil.
