Spicy Leek Potato Pancakes

Potatoes are cooked in a pressure cooker

After peeling, puree it with a food processor

Add appropriate amount of flour and chopped leeks to the mashed potatoes, add some water, add some salt, and mix well with chopsticks

Electric baking pan heating and oiling

Pour the batter into the electric baking pan and turn it slightly to spread the batter evenly. Cover the lid and fry it.

The fried cake is out of the oven, just cut it
Tips:
1. The leeks are slightly cut into small pieces for a better taste.
2. The batter is a little bit more hopeful, and the fry out of it has a softer taste.
