Spicy Lotus Root

Wash and peel the lotus root. Put the water in the pot and steam for half an hour.

Let the steamed lotus root cool, and cut the lotus root into slices for later use.

Put Chinese pepper, 1 tablespoon of fine chili powder, and 3 tablespoons of coarse chili powder in a bowl.

Drain the oil when the pan is hot.

Heat the oil and pour it in a bowl.

Add light soy sauce, aged vinegar, salt, sugar, cooked sesame seeds, chopped green onion, and minced garlic. Stir well.

Pour on the sliced lotus root and stir well.
