Spicy Lotus Root
1.
Wash and peel the lotus root, cut into small hob pieces, and wash off the starch with cold water.
2.
After boiling the water, put the lotus root in it and boil it until it is cut off. Then take it out and rinse it with cold water for later use.
3.
Shred green onion, slice garlic, chop dried red pepper and string pepper, prepare white sesame seeds.
4.
Put salt in the lotus root, add the chopped string pepper, and sprinkle with chicken essence.
5.
Put peanut oil in the pot and sauté dried red pepper, pepper and garlic.
6.
Then add shredded green onions and sesame seeds and sauté until fragrant.
7.
Sprinkle the sauteed seasoning oil on the lotus root, pour the sesame oil, mix well and marinate for a few minutes before eating.
Tips:
Friends who are not too spicy can reduce the amount of string peppers and dried red peppers. I used 4 string peppers and 4 dried red peppers, which is a little bit spicy!
