Spicy Lotus Root
                            
                                1.
                                Prepare the raw materials;

                                . Add proper amount of cooking wine, salt, starch, soy sauce and a small amount of oil to the diced tenderloin;

                                Tips: 
                                1. First cut the tenderloin into cubes, add salt and other seasonings to marinate for a good taste, add a little oil when marinating, and the meat will be more tender;
 2. The lotus root should be soaked in white vinegar water if it is not fried immediately after being cut into small cubes to prevent the lotus root from discoloring;
 3. Stir-fry the diced meat first, stir-fry the diced meat to change its color, add the lotus root and stir-fry, add soy sauce and cooking wine and simmer for two or three minutes;
