Spicy Meat Sauce

All the dishes are washed

Chili, lettuce, meat, diced lotus root, minced green onion, ginger and garlic

Stir-fry the peanuts and use a rolling pin to roll them on the chopping board.

Stir-fry almonds and walnuts for later use

Stir-fry sesame seeds and melon seeds for later use

Use oil to fry the peppercorns dry and remove the peppercorns

Scallion, ginger, garlic, saute in a pan

Add the diced meat and stir fry until the meat changes color and add white wine
9.
Then add the peppers, lettuce, lotus root and stir fry

Add peanuts, walnuts and almonds and stir fry

Add sesame seeds and melon seeds and fry them

Finally, add salt and white sugar and stir fry with natural fresh thirteen fragrant flavors. After stir-frying, it is ready to cook!
Tips:
Cutting peppers hurts your hands, remember to wear gloves! The first time I made peanuts, walnuts and almonds, I put too much. Actually, there is no need to have so much, and there is a little more oil!
