Spicy Meat Skewers

Beat the prepared meat slices with a stick until the meat slices are enlarged, as shown in the figure.

Prepare chili noodles, ginger rice, garlic rice, crushed chili, cumin, cornstarch, chicken essence, and salt.

Pour into the meat bowl.

Mix well and marinate for an hour to taste.
5.
String with bamboo sticks.
6.
Put it in a hot oil pan and fry it.
7.
Fry on low heat.
8.
Sprinkle cumin again before serving.
Tips:
The slices of meat should be thin to be fresh and tender.
