I didn't stir-fry at night and didn't want to be too troublesome, so I ordered noodles, rolled them with stuffing, and fried a few small cakes. There is a bit of chili noodles in the meat filling, which tastes fragrant and spicy.

Spicy Meatloaf

1. Add salt, green onion, minced ginger, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, white pepper, cornstarch, chili noodles, chicken essence, and sesame oil to the minced meat and stir well

2. Pour 55 grams of boiling water into the flour, stir with chopsticks, then pour in 30 grams of cold water, then knead it into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 10 minutes

3. After the dough is relaxed, roll it into a larger dough

4. Spread the previously mixed meat evenly on the dough, leaving a little place at the top, so as not to squeeze out the meat after rolling up

5. Roll up from bottom to top

6. Spread some clean water on the top edge to make the seal more firmly

7. After the roll is finished, you can roll it a little longer, and then divide it into smaller pieces

8. Take a small piece and pinch the cuts on both sides tightly

9. Press into a round cake, so that the cake is completed

10. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the electric baking pan, turn on the fire, and put the cakes in order

11. Cover the lid and fry until both sides are yellow (about 2 minutes and turn over again). After taking it out, eat it while it is hot before it is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Tips:

1. If you don't eat spicy food, you can leave out the chili noodles
2. Make the size of the pie as you like
3. When frying, you should always watch to avoid frying
4. After the cake is cold, you need to return it to the pot and heat it again.
