Spicy Peanuts
1.
Prepare peanuts.
2.
Bring the water in the pot to a boil, turn off the heat, and put in the peanuts. At this time, the peanut skin will be wrinkled, immediately remove it.
3.
Cool quickly and drain the water.
4.
The wrinkled peanuts are peeled well and will be removed with a gentle tear.
5.
Peel off all the peanuts. (If the peanuts in the coat have dried out, you can moisten them a little bit more water.)
6.
Pour the peeled peanuts into a little white wine and mix well.
7.
Cut the dried red pepper into oblique sections and set aside. (How much you prepare depends on your ability to withstand spicy food)
8.
Put oil in the pot and immediately add peanuts.
9.
Stir fry slowly.
10.
When the peanuts are slightly colored, add dried red pepper and Chinese pepper.
11.
A pinch of salt.
12.
A little sugar.
13.
Stir-fry until slightly yellow and ripe, then add some white wine.
14.
Add some salt when it comes out of the pot, and you can also add other spices that you like.
