Potatoes are not only rich in nutrition, but also very delicious when they are made. Therefore, it has become one of the common ingredients on people's tables.
Potatoes are often eaten in my family. The most eaten is fried potato shreds. Although they are delicious, they will inevitably feel a little bit tired after eating too much. So, today I changed my practice and made this delicious and refreshingly spicy cold potato chips. If you like it, you can try it.

Spicy Potato Chips

1. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices, then rinse the potato chips with water

2. Put it in boiling water and cook (about 2-3 minutes, depending on the thickness of the potato slices), but it can't be boiled, remove it after cooking

3. Wash the chives and cut into chopped green onions for later use

4. Let the potato chips cool and control the moisture, then stir in the seasoning salt, fresh soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper oil, and chili oil

5. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion and cooked white sesame seeds, and mix well.

Tips:

1. When boiled potato chips, you can taste them by seeing them appear transparent. If they are cooked, they can be fished out. Don't cook them badly, otherwise they will not taste.
2. Seasoning can be adjusted according to your own taste
