Spicy Potato Shreds

Spare all the food

Pour salt into a small basin filled with water, stir well, scrape potatoes in the small basin, soak for 5 to 10 minutes after scraping

Tips:
1. The potato shreds are soaked in salt water, and then there is no need to add salt. If the salt is heavy, add more salt when soaking.
2. Don't pour too much oil in the pot, and pay attention to the oil temperature not too high when frying. Pay attention to safety at high temperature.
